In-Game Rules

๐Ÿ“™ Treat everyone with maturity, whether in-game, on Discord, or on the forums.
  • English is the official language spoken on the server, and must be used in-game, and in public chats.
  • Treat all players, staff, and community members with respect.
  • Keep disagreements civil and avoid personal attacks or harassment.
  • Separate out-of-character issues from in-character roleplay.
๐Ÿ“™ Use community platforms responsibly and be considerate of others.
  • Keep channels on-topic and avoid spamming or excessive tagging.
  • Be patient during roleplay and allow others time to respond.
  • Help new players where possible and encourage a positive community.

  • Roleplay Fundamentals
๐Ÿ“™ Roleplay at all times unless given permission to go OOC by an admin. This includes not derailing roleplay scenarios, leaving the game to avoid roleplay, or pausing others' roleplay without admin approval.
  • Do not use celebrity names, mock names, or copy names from video games, comics, TV, or films.
  • Name changes should not be used to bypass cooldowns or server rules.
  • Dual-character roleplay manipulation (e.g. buying weapons from yourself) is not allowed.
  • Scamming or deceiving other players out of character for any asset is prohibited.
  • MetaGaming (MG)
๐Ÿ“™ MetaGaming is using out-of-character (OOC) information to influence your character's in-character (IC) decisions. Your character should only act on what they know in the game world, not what you, the player, know.

Example: If you see another players name above their head and call it out, you're using OOC information. Instead, your character should ask for the persons name in character.

More examples of MetaGaming:
  • Looking at player's name-tag color to identify from which faction they are.
  • Using OOC information to find out a specific player's name, address or location.
  • Make use of OOC information that your character isn't aware of for you own advantage.
  • Helping someone you are friend with OOCly without an IC interrelation.
  • PowerGaming (PG)
๐Ÿ“™ PowerGaming involves performing unrealistic actions or forcing actions without giving others a chance to react. Every action should allow a reaction.

Example of unrealistic roleplay: Lifting a truck with one finger.
Example of forcing actions: Successfully carjacking someone without allowing them to react.

More examples of unrealistic roleplay:
  • Taking out heavy weapons (MP5/AK-47/M4/Shotgun) out of your pocket, shoes or socks or anything unrealistic.
  • Making jumps or stunts that your character would not survive.
  • Healing before or during an active fight or shootout is prohibited.
  • Advertising illegal items using the legal business /advert command.
  • Deathmatch (DM)
๐Ÿ“™ Deathmatching is killing other players without proper roleplay or motive. Roleplay should involve meaningful interactions, not random violence for fun.

Example of Deathmatch: Randomly shooting players or blowing up cars for no reason.
  • Revenge Kill (RK)
๐Ÿ“™ Revenge Killing happens when a player respawns and returns to the scene to get revenge, using knowledge their character shouldnโ€™t remember. After death, your character loses memory of the last 30 minutes and should not retaliate within that time.

Why this rule? It prevents powerplay, as it ensures players canโ€™t use OOC knowledge to affect the game.
  • Fear Roleplay (FRP)
๐Ÿ“™ Fear Roleplay means acting realistically when your character is in danger. If your characters life is threatened, they should show fear and comply with demands when appropriate.

Example of danger: A gun is pointed at you at close range.
Example of compliance: Raising your hands in surrender when there's no escape.

Sensitive Roleplay: All roleplay involving mature or sensitive themes must follow strict guidelines to keep the server safe and appropriate for all players.

Sexual Roleplay: Must be fully consensual and cannot involve anyone without their agreement. It should take place privately, not in public areas. Characters under 18 cannot participate. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and the scene must stop immediately.

Gruesome/Extreme Roleplay: Roleplaying extreme behaviors, personality disorders, or disturbing actions requires written admin approval. Content that is illegal, abusive, or excessively graphic is strictly prohibited. This includes extreme violence, gore, or bodily functions.
